This Sexual Assault Awareness Month, join us and Centro Civico to boldly reclaim our bodies and our strength! Through trauma-informed tattooing and transformative movement practices, we’ll harness the power of self-expression to heal and take back our power.

The first 10 registered participants will have the opportunity to receive one tattoo from either the incredibly talented Jane Romm (Plain Jane Tattoo), Alister Rubenstein (The Crafty Queer), and Robert Rodriguez — artists dedicated to telling stories through ink. Whether you're seeking something temporary or want to avoid touch altogether, we’ll also have henna artists and a calming yoga session available. Light refreshments are available for you to enjoy as we engage in a conversation about the incredible strength and resilience of survivors of violence. However you choose to participate, this day is about honoring survivors of violence in the LGBTQ+ community on your own terms.

Please Note: If cancellations occur for the registered tattoo spots, "general admission" tickets will be considered to take their spot on the day of the event! All individuals receiving a tattoo must be over the age of 18. No age restrictions apply to receive henna or participate in our yoga class.
